FASHION NOVA - Stimulus Check Promotion

While perusing through my daily gossip sites (the fact that this is the new normal to me is depressing), I heard of the recent backlash Fashion Nova received in their newest marketing scheme. Fashion Nova if you didn't know has been known to be a pretty problematic company. Their main focus has been to create knockoffs of famous celebrities attire such as Kim Kardashian at low reasonable prices. (Not only that but they have been received multiple lawsuits from celebrities and major brands for copyright infringement.) They have made a name for themselves through their connections, partnerships, and collaborations with social media influencers. While they started off being solely an online company, they have now expanded their reach by opening 6 locations (all being within the LA County and San Fernando County areas). This is Me

My name is Catherine and I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California.  I decided to transfer to OSU after taking a few years off of school (7 or 8) and realizing I wanted to get my BA to improve my skills and job opportunities.   I used to work as a Wardrobe Stylist and went to school for makeup and hair. Though I was looking for a job that would provide me with more stability than freelancing did and more consistent pay. When looking for jobs in the corporate sector I began to realize the necessity for a BA degree and here I am.  I am an Apparel Major currently part of the Degree Partnership Program with Linn Benton. This is upcoming term marks my third term at OSU and second at Linn Benton. (One more year to go!!!) I enrolled in this course as it is part of my core studies for OSU. Since Apparel Design falls under the School of Business at OSU. So by default I am studying both Business Administration  and Apparel Design . Which is probably a really good thin...
